Last Thursday we made it. It’s my first time organising a small event like this. Thank you for being there!!
My dancer/musician friends are amazing. So proud of y’all. For pre-professional dancers/non-full-time artists, such an intimate setting to showcase our process would be nice. Each has their own pace yet we are all in this together.
We all know to trust the process, take our time, and at each stage of our journey, every moment are worth being celebrated. A big tree is perfect, and before it becomes a tree, when it was still a seed, would you say it’s not perfect?
Maurice:”Where do you find all these people?” Well living in NYC in a year it just happened.
Minh-Anh:”Are you stressed?” Like I said not really cuz I trust you guys. I know you are with me on this.
Forgot makeup, forgot to change shirt (love u Katya!), forgot to thank the venue and each performer more.. so many things I’d love to do better. Thank you for your patience! I have a clearer idea of what’s needed to make it smoother.
